Following the Government announcement concerning the current lockdown, Dental Practices are allowed to remain open so St Cuthberts Dental Surgery will continue to provide all dental services necessary. Please come to all scheduled appointments unless you hear from us directly. We wish to assure all patients that we are following the strictest guidelines to maintain safety for all and would like to thank you again for your continued support.
Our telephone is answered between 8.30-5 Monday to Thursday and from 8.30 -11 on a Friday and you may contact us at all times by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please click on the link below to see some of the changes that we have made to your 'Patient Journey' to help keep you COVID safe. To give a short overview when you arrive at the Practice you will be asked to put on your mask and wait outside until greeted. You will be asked if you have filled in the online questionnaire, if not you will be screened by a staff member and have your temperature taken before entering the practice and being asked to use the hand sanitiser. You will then be escorted to the waiting room or surgery whilst still wearing your mask and maintaining social distancing.
We have implemented even stricter cross infection control measures to comply with and exceed all current COVID-19 guidelines, with Radic 8 Viruskiller air purification units installed in all surgeries, together with air extraction units and hydrochlorous acid fogging between patients when appropriate. There are new restrictions on some treatments, enhanced PPE for everything and most procedures now require more time with longer appointments necessary. We have absorbed a great deal of these extra running costs ourselves, however, it is with regret that we have had to increase some of our fees accordingly and we hope that you will understand?
We look forward to welcoming you back to St Cuthbert's very soon and would like to thank you once again for your continued patience and loyalty,
The Partners and Staff at St Cuthbert's Dental Surgery
