Jan K Schutte B Ch D (Pret)

Born in South Africa and trained at the University of Pretoria. He worked for 12 years as a general dental surgeon in Bloemfontein (South Africa) before moving to the UK in 1996. In the UK he worked as a general dental surgeon at Thamesmead Anaesthetic Clinic as well as Southampton Anaesthetic Clinic. In 2003 he became a Partner at St. Cuthbert’s. Jan is married to Lorinda and a proud father of two, a son Janko and a daughter Rindi. He is a keen cyclist (on and off road), and interested in cricket and rugby.

D. Gareth Rees BDS(Wales)

Originally from south Wales he qualified at Cardiff Dental School in 1983.After a short stint as a House Officer at the Dental School he worked in general practice in Cowbridge and Bridgend until 1987 when he moved to Winchester. He is happily married to Alison and they have one daughter, Georgina, who is at University. He is passionate about rugby and fishing but enjoys cycling and ski whenever he can find time.

Jonathan Krum BDS(Lond)

Originally from Brighton, east Sussex, Jonathan trained at Guy’s Hospital Dental School and qualified in 1988. he initially pursued a career in Oral and maxillofacial Surgery, working at Guy’s Hospital, Queen Mary’s Roehampton and latterly at Poole Hospital. He then went into general dental practice and worked in Dorset and Southampton before becoming a Partner at St Cuthbert’s in 2003. Jonathan lives near the New Forest in Southampton, has three boys to keep him on his toes and loves to windsurf, mountain bike, ski or snowboard if given half a chance.
