OUR CARING TEAM
Our friendly reception team comprises of Tina, Les and Marie. They will welcome you on the phone, help with your enquiries and greet you when you arrive at the practice and arrange your appointments.
Jill is our friendly Practice Administrator and manages the day to day running of the practice.
In the surgeries you will find Gareth (dentist) and Shelley (nurse), Jan (dentist) and Suzi (nurse) and Jonathan (dentist) and Sue (nurse).
Our prevention team consists of three highly motivated hygienists: Gillian downstairs and Andy and Alison upstairs.

OUR FEES
Our private fees are based on an hourly rate which allows us to provide a high standard of care and service to our patients. A copy of our Private Fee Scale is available from reception.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
Estimates of treatment plans will be provided at reception prior to arranging your next appointment.
Payment is expected on the day of treatment, except if a signed finance plan has been arranged with the dentist.
Patients not accepting or not finishing a treatment plan may be refused emergency treatment.
A charge will be levied for late cancellations or missed appointments.
All dental treatment carries a risk of complications and should this occur it will be fully discussed by the treating dentist and where applicable a revised estimate provided.
