Dr. Jan K Schutte BChD (Pret) PPD (Stell)

Born in South Africa and trained at the University of Pretoria. He worked for 12 years as a general dental surgeon in Bloemfontein (South Africa) before moving to the UK in 1996. In the UK he worked as a general dental surgeon at Thamesmead Anaesthetic Clinic as well as Southampton Anaesthetic Clinic. In 2003 he became a Partner at St. Cuthbert's.

He has completed a Certificate in Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute as well as a Certificate in General Dentistry at the University of Stellenbosch postgraduate. Jan is continuing developing his skills with further training in Implants, Orthodontics and Facial Aesthetics.

Jan is married to Lorinda and a proud father of two, a son Janko and a daughter Rindi. He is a keen cyclist (on and off road), and interested in cricket and rugby.

Dr. David Gareth Rees BDS (Wales)

Originally from South Wales he qualified at Cardiff Dental School in 1983.

After a job as a House Officer at Cardiff Dental Hospital he worked in general dental practice in Cowbridge and Brigend until 1987 when he moved to Winchester, where he has worked for the last twenty four years. He is happily married to Alison and they have a one daughter, Georgina, who is at University. He is passionate about rugby and fishing but enjoys cycling and skiing whenever he can find the time.

Dr. Jonathan Krum BDS (Lond)

Originally from Brighton, East Sussex, Jonathan trained at Guy's Hospital Dental School, University of London, qualifying in 1988.

Upon qualification Jonathan undertook further training, working as a senior house officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Guy's, Queen Mary's Roehampton and Poole Hospitals. This furnished him with a wealth of experience in minor oral surgery, facial trauma and the management of medically compromised patients.

Jonathan entered general dental practice in 1991 and has subsequently worked in practices in Dorset and Southampton, prior to becoming a partner at St Cuthbert's in 2003.

Jonathan enjoys all aspects of general dental practice and has recently gained a place on the Dental Aesthetics MSc course at King's College, London.

Married to Beth, with six children between them, Jonathan enjoys family life in Southampton. He has a keen passion for motorcycling and also enjoys windsurfing and skiing when the opportunity presents!
